RESIDENTIAL FOOD SCRAPS DROP-OFF LOCATIONS
Community-scale composting programs provide an easy and convenient way to participate in the benefits of organics recycling, while letting someone else do the composting for you! Most programs have a one-time or an annual enrollment/subscription fee, and then participants can collect and deliver their food scraps to the drop off program all year round. The list of community compost drop off sites is growing! This list was updated January 2024. Kingston Organics
Open to any legal resident of the City of Kingston who pre-registers online. Visit Engage Kingston website to learn more. This pilot program is free and voluntary, with multiple community drop off sites across the City of Kingston, which are open 24/7 and 365 days/year to registered participants who are City residents. Drop off sites are secured and locked, access code required.

Kingston Farmers Market
