EFFECTIVE August 3, 2026, the New Paltz Transfer Station will begin a mandatory floor repair project. This repair is being completed in accordance with the requirements of the NYSDEC.
During the repair process, customers may experience daily delays while work is underway. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this project.

Cars, such as four-door sedans, hatchbacks, station wagons, sports cars, etc. are PERMITTED on SATURDAYS ONLY.
999 Flatbush Road, Kingston, NY 12401: Accepting Municipal Solid Waste, Construction/Demolition Debris, Electronics, Commercial Dual Stream Recyclables, Organics (Food waste, yard, waste) and offering compost for sale.
Main Office: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
Electronics Recycling: Saturdays 8:00am – 2:00pm (April through the end of October ONLY)
Ulster Transfer Station: Monday to Saturday 6:00am – 3:00pm
Materials Recovery Facility (MRF): Monday to Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm
Bulk Compost for Sale: Monday to Saturday 6:00am – 3:00pm
NEW PALTZ HOURS OF OPERATION
