Join Climate Smart Kingston and Green Sheen for an eco-friendly event where you can safely dispose of your leftover paint! This is a PAINT-ONLY collection event that is open to any NY resident. No other types of chemicals can be accepted. Don’t miss this opportunity to declutter your space and contribute to a greener environment.

Accepted Materials:
- Oil-based and Latex-based paints
- Acrylic Paint
- Urethanes
- Varnishes, Shellacs and Lacquers
- Primers
- Clear Coatings
*Original 5-gallon or smaller containers. Unlimited amounts. No need to dry out your paint. We will recycle usable content into new latex paint!
Not Accepted:
- Spray Paints, Marine and Auto Paints
- Household Hazardous Waste
- Electronics
- Paint Thinner
- Driveway Sealers
For all events, we ask that attendees stay in their cars. Event staff will direct you to drop-off lanes where we will unload everything for you. This ensures a safe and efficient process.
