Our Recycling Outreach Team will be there to help answer any waste-sustainability questions, distribute recycling guides, and hand out some free reusable UCRRA swag (while supplies last).
This is a free family-friendly evening of sunny ideas and info. about solar and battery energy storage systems:
- Learn how we harness the energy of the sun
- Solar-powered music and solar energy demos by James Dean Conklin
- Make bracelets that change color in the sun! (while supplies last)
- Grab a snack cooked with power from the sun and storage!
- Learn about battery storage, and parents: get your questions answered
If weather permits, the event will be outdoors in the Backyard space; the rain location is inside the library in the Community Room. Parking is available on Division Street. We hope to see you there ~
