Plastic Free July: Reuse It, Re-gift It, Repair It!

What’s the most eco-friendly way to deal with broken or unwanted items when not everything can be recycled? What items can be donated in the local community? What items can easily be repaired or refurbished and how do these practices contribute to pollution prevention? Participants in this seminar will learn about the environmental and social impacts of extending the useful lifecycle of materials through reuse, and learn about local reuse and repair programs in Ulster County. Join UCRRA and our panel of local experts as we celebrate Plastic Free July and the UCRRA Zero Waste Seminar Project!
