Baskets or Storage Containers

Laundry baskets, storage containers, or other similar bulky rigid plastic objects are NOT acceptable for recycling at UCRRA. These containers should be reused, donated for reuse, or otherwise disposed of in the trash. 

Please note ALL open vehicles (truck beds or trailer hitches) must have their load covered by a secured tarp. No exceptions or you will be subjected to a fee. Click here for UCRRA’s Fee Schedule.

If you use a hauler who picks up your recycling curbside, please check with the company for their recycling guidelines. Although bulky rigid objects are widely NOT accepted in local recycling programs, recycling guidelines can vary from company to company.

If your baskets, storage bins, etc. are in good condition try donating them to a reuse organization or share on your social media pages to give away.
