INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT put propane tanks in the recycling bin.

Most propane suppliers will exchange an old tank when a new tank is purchased, even if there is a small amount of propane left in the tank. To find an exchange location in your community, visit the Blue Rhino or AmeriGas websites.

Large tanks that are partially full are also accepted by Freedom Propane Corp.

Large tanks that are completely EMPTY may be accepted at a local scrap metal recycling facility.

UCRRA encourages resident to use these options to the greatest extent.
